Arş. Gör. HÜMEYRA NUR HATİPOĞLU

She is a research assistant at Istanbul Ticaret University and a PhD candidate in Business Administration at Istanbul Technical University, specializing in gender inequality in the workplace, human resources management, organizational behavior, and sustainability. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Marmara University and has published multiple peer-reviewed articles on topics including contemporary approaches in HR, gender equality, innovation, and sustainability. She completed her research at the University of Southampton as a visiting research fellow, supported by a TÜBİTAK 2214-A fellowship, focusing on the historical analysis of gender-based barriers in Türkiye and Britain.
