Özet

Abstract

The aim of this study is to reveal research on artificial intelligence, digitalization and human factors, which constitute the branches of artificial intelligence. For this purpose, the effects of artificial intelligence on processes involving the human factor were examined within a general framework, based on the literature. Compared to the human factor, artificial intelligence has been seen to perform routine tasks and offer suggestions. It is predicted that the use of machine learning, chat bots, and virtual assistants will increase in the future. It is thought that the study will raise awareness in the sector and the academic world. It is thought that it will encourage the subject of artificial intelligence to be addressed together with people in the future. In addition, with this study, it was determined that the use of artificial intelligence in the field of human factors will increase, provide convenience to the aviation sector and improve operation processes. The results will shed light on how best to combine human knowledge and AI technologies to improve airline operations while maintaining reliability and safety.
