Rapid changes in the technological field affect management practices and create new concepts. Digitalleadership is one of the concepts that have entered the literature in recent years. In this study, the perceptionsof digital leadership and learning organization were investigated. The primary hypothesis of the study is theassumption that there is a positive correlation between the perception of digital leadership application andorganizational learning. The scales that were developed by Ulutaş and Arslan (2018), Şahin, Çakır and Öztürk(2014), and Karakurum (2005) were combined and used in this study. The research was conducted in bankingand finance sector. 234 people participated in the online survey, and the questionnaires of 193 participants wereavailable for analysis. The data was statistically analyzed with SPSS 25.0. As a result of the analysis, the effectof the relationship between digital leadership and learning organization on individual performance was foundas statistically significant and the primary hypothesis of the study was accepted (p=0,000; p<0,001). Statisticalanalyzes were also conducted on demographic variables and the perception of individual performance andstatistical significances were not found. The fact that digital leadership is explained conceptually and being thefirst research on the relationship between digital leadership and learning organization in the banking sectorstands out as the original aspect of the study.Purpose: In this study, the perceptions of digital leadership and learning organization were investigated.Method: The research was conducted in banking and finance sector. 234 people participated in the onlinesurvey, and the questionnaires of 193 participants were available for analysis.
