Abstract
Factor Analysis is a statistical analysis used quite often in the social sciences. When there are more variables to analyze, reduction variables are used with the aim of eliminating multicolinearity structure.. The purpose of this study, using factor analysis in the evaluation of these properties competency inventory, this assessment can be made objectively show. At the same time the inventory of competence is intended to show statistically that can be used to estimate the performance evaluation results.
Faktör Analizi sosyal bilimlerde oldukça sık kullanılan bir istatistiksel analizdir. Değişken sayısının fazla olması durumunda indirgeme yapma ve değişkenler arasındaki bağımlıklık yapısını ortadan kaldırma amacı ile kullanılmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, değişkenlerin ağırlık vererek değerlendirilmesi konusunda da yararlanılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, faktör analizinin bu özelliklerini yetkinlik envanteri değerlendirmesinde kullanarak, bu değerlendirmeyi objektif hale getirilebileceğini göstermektir. Aynı zamanda yetkinlik envanterinin bu değerlendirme sonuçlarını performans tahmininde kullanılabileceğini istatistiksel olarak gösterilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
