Abstract
Productivity is a measure relating a quantity or quality of output to the inputs required to produce it. Productivity measurement has an important role in production and service systems. In this chapter, productivity measurement is realized under vague and incomplete information. The fuzzy set theory is used for this purpose. Data envelopment analysis is also applied to a productivity optimization problem. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
