The aim of this paper is to examine the role of knowledge sharing in the effects of intellectual capital andinnovativeness on firm performance. Partial least square structural equation modeling method wasused. This method is variance-based and non-parametric method since it does not have any distributionalassumption. This method is preferred in the small sample size and non-normal distribution. Accordingto the findings of this research, knowledge sharing plays mediator roles in the relationships betweenintellectual capital and firm performance. But knowledge sharing does not have any mediating effect inthe relationships between innovativeness and firm performance. The most important limitation of thisresearch is small sample size. Therefore, PLS-SEM is preferred in this research. This study reveals theimportance of knowledge sharing on Intellectual capital and business performance. Main premise of thisstudy is that the knowledge sharing would play mediator role in the relationship among intellectualcapital and innovativeness and firm performance. This mediator role constitutes the research questionof this study. In this context, therefore, the study contributes toward the literature for better understanding of the role of knowledge sharing
