Dünyanın, yirmi birinci yüzyıla girerken karşılaştığı en önemli problemlerden olan gelir dağılımı meselesi son zamanlardaekonomistler tarafından ilgi ile değerlendirilmektedir. Konu, sosyologlar, sosyal politikacılar ve özellikle ekonomistlertarafından derinlemesine incelenmektedir. Gelir dağılımı kavramı yoksulluk ile birlikte ele alınarak sorunlara farklıaçılardan bakma olanağı sunmaktadır. Ekonomistler, yoksulluğun düşürülmesi üzerine çözüm önerileri üzerindetartışmaktadırlar. Gelir dağılımı ve yoksulluk birbiri ile ilişkilendirilerek neden-sonuç ilişkileri içinde çözüm yollarıaranılmaktadır.Bu çalışma ile, 2000-2016 yılları arasında Türkiye’de gelir dağılımı analiz edilerek, Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TUIK)tarafından birincil verilerle sürekli takip edilen P80/P20 oranı arasındaki ilişkiler ortaya konulmaktadır. Çalışma 2000yılından itibaren başladığından, kapsam dahilinde sürenin 17 yılı içermesi lineer regresyon için tatmin edici bir sonuçdoğurmayacaktır. Kapsam dahilindeki veriler üzerinde sıralama metodu ile bir doğrusal bağıntı ortaya çıkartılmış veşartları ortaya konulmuştur
The issue of income distribution, which is one of the most important problems the world faces when it enters the twentyfirst century, has recently been highly valued by economists. The concept of income distribution is handled in conjunction with poverty and there is a possibility to look at the problems from different points of view. In this way, the solution of the concept of poverty is being discussed. Both income distribution and poverty are related to each other and the causes and effect relations of the world are examined and solutions are sought. This study, by the year 2000 by in-depth analysis of income distribution in Turkey, followed by TUIK constantly with the primary data P80 / P20 will be put on the relationship between rate. The plan, methodology and basic results of this study are explained briefly as follows. The study has a plan with two main topic. The first topic is about the use of terms in the subject of income distribution. Especially, inequality, justice, liberty, equilibrium which are mis-used due to mis understood with in place of each other.The value above 8,5 for P80/P20 percentage ratio, yields as a parabolic change in GINI or vice versa. But the parabolic or logariyhmic relation could not be investigated with seven teen consequtive years data for Turkey. The study also suggests that, not only GINI and P20/P80 but also with the other ratios of P1, P5, P10 etc. This has a wide open window for poverty at the end of the day.
