Abstract. The services provided by municipalities established to meet the common local needs of the local people are local public services. In providing these services, municipalities must also take into account the principle of variability, which is one of the principles of public service. Because needs change and develop, this development can affect service delivery. In practice, it is seen that technology is used in service delivery both in municipalities in other countries and in Turkey. Especially with the spread of artificial intelligence applications, municipalities have begun to integrate these applications into their service offerings.
