Özet
Household plastic waste management is increasingly recognized as a critical challenge for green logistics, decarbonization, and circular urban waste systems. This study develops an application-oriented intuitionistic fuzzy decision-support framework for selecting sustainable household plastic waste logistics strategies. It provides an application-oriented decision-support structure for evaluating conflicting criteria and uncertain expert judgments. The proposed framework combines Intuitionistic Fuzzy Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (IF-SWARA) and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Compromise Ranking of Alternatives from Distance to Ideal Solution (IF-CRADIS). The criteria are determined through a detailed literature review and an expert panel comprising academicians and engineers who have researched similar subjects. IF-SWARA is used to determine the relative importance of 16 criteria grouped into environmental, operational, economic, and social dimensions, while IF-CRADIS ranks 5 practical strategy alternatives. The results show that the environmental criterion emerged as the most influential factor, with a weight of 0.269. The operational criterion is determined to be the second most vital criterion for this, with a weight of 0.263. Collection rate and capture efficiency, greenhouse gas emission reduction potential, and landfill diversion and residual waste reduction are identified as the most important sub-criteria. The municipality-producer-recycler collaboration platform is selected as the best strategy, followed by the deposit-refund and buy-back system. Robustness was examined through alternative expert-weighting schemes, leave-one-expert-out tests, fuzzy-model checks, Monte Carlo weight perturbations, criterion-dependency tests, and cross-method comparison. S5 remained first in all major tests, and IF-TOPSIS, IF-VIKOR, and IF-MARCOS reproduced the same ranking. The findings provide a stable decision-support basis for low-carbon and circular household plastic waste logistics planning.
