We obtain necessary conditions for the series ΣΣcmn, which is absolutely summable of order k by a doubly triangular matrix method A, to be such that ΣΣcmnλmn is absolutely summable of order k by a doubly triangular matrix B. © 2010 Miskolc University Press.
