Özet

In this study, articles on hydrogen energy were examined with the bibliometric analysis technique and the first 100 most cited articles were analyzed. Bibliometric analysis allows planning research, determining trends in the field and focusing on important studies in the field. In this context, it is aimed to contribute to the literature by analyzing hydrogen energy studies with the bibliometric approach. Bibliometric analysis is an important tool for measuring the scientific impact and popularity of authors, keywords, journals, institutions and countries in the field of research, as well as being used to determine potential directions for future studies in the field of research. The most fundamental determinant of bibliometric research is the quality of the data representing the relevant literature. It is important to choose the relevantdatabase correctly and determine the search criteria. There are many databases that provide data sets for bibliometric research. Web of Science (WoS) is the oldest and most widely used database in the world. For this purpose, 83500 articles were found in the search made on hydrogen energy in the Web of Science database. The first 100 most cited articles were selected and this data set was analyzed with the VOSviewer Program for bibliometric analysis, and comments were presented along with suggestions.
