Abstract

Digitalization has led to the widespread use of innovative technologies worldwide, generating new models for making better decisions. Blockchain tech-nology has become increasingly popular due to its inherent features of security, transparency, decentralization, and share resources efficiently, and has permeated various sectors. Cyber attacks and fraud are significant obstacles to global growth and are considered strategic security issues for countries. Blockchain technology will enable quicker integration for industries to overcome issues such as trust, transparency, security, and reliability in data operations. The purpose of this study is to present a powerful, useful, and effective model by applying the Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method based on spherical fuzzy set (SFS) to the blockchain software (BCS) selection problem, which involves extremely complex uncertainties for companies.
