The HUMAN-IT initiative addresses the profound transformations reshaping the governance of human capital in response to exponential digital technologies and complex societal challenges. As these disruptions redefine the workplace, employee experience, and global job market, HUMAN-IT seeks to develop a forward-looking, interdisciplinary approach to Human Resource Management (HRM). The Action aims to contribute to EU employment and inclusion policies and support broader societal progress aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 8 and 9).
The project mobilizes a broad network of scholars and practitioners across three thematic Working Groups (WGs):
Through collaborative research, policy dialogue, and knowledge dissemination, HUMAN-IT aspires to strengthen Europe’s capacity to anticipate and manage future workforce challenges.
Key outcomes include the production of scientific publications, practitioner-oriented tools, support for earlycareer researchers, and enhanced institutional capability to govern digital transitions in HRM.
