I. INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP SYMPOSIUM
Dear Sir/Madam,
In today's globalizing world, the survival of the business world and countries in a constantly competitive environment depends on the entrepreneurs who are the engine of the economy and their ability to create differences in the businesses. Therefore, it is becoming more and more important for entrepreneurs to reflect their innovative perspectives on the business world and to engage in innovation activities. In this context, entrepreneurship and innovation, which are undoubtedly complementary to each other, are the basic dynamics of development and economic value creation, both regionally and globally.
In this framework, in addition to academic studies, İstanbul Ticaret University, the "university of the business world", which continues its cooperation with the business world and other stakeholders, especially with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, will organize the 1st International Leadership and Entrepreneurship Symposium on "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" on 20-21 May 2024. The symposium will be held in cooperation with İstanbul Ticaret University “Leadership and Entrepreneurship Application and Research Center” and “Information Technologies Application and Research Center”.
The aim of the symposium is to contribute to the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation and provide an opportunity for academics, public, private and NGO representatives from Türkiye and abroad to share their original and scientific studies and present new perspectives.
The full text of accepted papers and approved by the jury will be published in the Special Issue of İstanbul Ticaret University Journal of Social Sciences, which is being scanned in the databases of ULAKBİM-TR Index, EBSCOhost Business Source Ultimate, ProQuest, SOBIAD and OpenAIRE.
We expect you to participate in the 1st International Leadership and Entrepreneurship Symposium with your valuable studies and wish you success in your studies.

If the text is in Turkish, English abstract; If it is in English, a Turkish abstract should be added
