Abstract:

Social media which developing in recent years has took indispensable a part of human life. People feel very anxious, when they can not reach social media’s accounts. It is a situation that social media has took place mainly as one of marketing equipments for the companies. Naturally workers also are using the social media in their workplace. Explaining the effects of social media usage over workers is the main purpose of this study. It has been used a survey application whic including 151 workers for the purpose of the study. According to obtained results social media usage in companies at recruitment process effects positively workers performance. Increasing social media usage in companies for communication increase that the workers involving processes. Otherwise in the study the results which are obtained shows that social media usage has psycho-social effects over workers. The results which are obtained through the responses are get from 151 workers constitute the limitations of this study.
