Abstract:All kinds of opportunities to access knowledge and knowledge dissemination have been attained with rapidly evolving technology in revent years. However, to measure the degree of accuracy and reliability of the emitted information has become difficult at the same rate. In order to emerge triumphant among the most effective used method is to be directed in the desired shape of the convinced target audience has been determined throughout the history that fall into various struggles. Within this scope, audience perception management practices were carried out. In this study, perception management, the attitudes and behavior concepts, the development of perception management, processes and tools have been examined by several examples.
