Abstract:The aim of this study is to evaluate and examine the competitiveness of the economy of Bosnia and Hezegovina, to determine in which sectors it has high and in which sectors it has low competitiveness. In the beginning of the study, it is defined what competitiveness is, the leves of competitiveness and types of measuring competitiveness. The method that has been used during this study is Ballasa’s Revealed Competitive Advantages method, which was later improved by Vollrath. Data used in the measuring was taken from Trade Map site. According to the results of the Revealed Competitive Advantages method, it is found that Bosnia and Herzegovina’s economy is having high competitiveness in 17 sectors, while in 55 sectors the competitiveness is low, and in 25 sectors the competitiveness is at the verge.
