Abstract:

Technological developments in our time is the fastest computer. Due to the developments in technology research, development, radical changes have occurred in areas such as communications. Knowledge generation, dissemination, expanded the scope of work to be blocked computers. Since the use of computers in all areas of our age, the age of science, communication era, as well as stunning developments and improvements in the information age has been raised. Developed personality, learning takes place, locations offering training services which are produced and these developments are certainly not outside the schools, is not. Secondary educational institutions, especially in recent years, one of the most significant trends in the field of education has been individualization.
