Abstract:

Supplier selection is the key process of supply chain management. Therefore, selecting the best supplier is indispensable for businesses. This procedure encompasses the whole supply process. Nowadays, supplier selection topic has significantly boosted the supply issues. So, firms are getting stronger and being more competitive. The objectives of present study are to introduce an instrument for supporting management in decision making and to realize its application using an integrated model of AHP and TOP SIS methods. The research was carried out at ISBAK Istanbul Informatics and Smart City Technologies Inc a subsidiary of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. First of all, in the summer of expert opinions and using the selection criteria and a decision hierarchy. Expert opinions are calculated using the weight of AHP criteria. Then the TOPSIS method has been chosen the best one from five suppliers.
