Abstract:

In this study, a weekly data collected from the injection molding machine in an electrotechnical factory has ensured the comparisons between the use of the current sequencing and scheduling methods for a single machine and the results of the schedule made by forming a raw material and colour matrix. Our problem is that we received and handled as preparation time dependent. The program LEKIN is used to make comparisons between the methods. As a result of study this is achieved the sequencing and scheduling method depending on the raw material and color. To remember easily and for the sake of practicality, we named this method CB-SPT (Color Based Short Processing Time) in the article.
