Abstract:International bodies acts an important part for forming the new world order which begins with globalisation. Among these bodies, world trade organisation (WTO) has taken on important tasks such as adopting and regulating commercial activities, liberalising trade in the world and setting up law substructures for international treaty. In this present study; formation of WTO, its place in the international system, Tenth WTO Ministerial Conference and its results and change in the economies of countries in different categories in the WTO process and finally the agreements under the WTO are evaluated in terms of Turkey.
