Abstract:The organizational climate is all characteristics that can be measured by employees who are motivated and influenced by their motivations and movements indirectly or directly by the individuals who give service in the context of business environment. At the same time, the organizational climate, the atmosphere created by the common psychology in the organization. Regardless of which sector and which sector of the business is serving, one of the main objectives of the business is to maintain its presence in the market for a long time. For this, it is the satisfaction of working in another concept which is as important as organizational climate. Employee satisfaction is expressed as the sum of positive attitudes nourished in various aspects of the work being revealed. Organizational climate and employee satisfaction are common points. In terms of business, these two concepts are vital. In this context, the relationship between organizational climate and employee satisfaction has been tried to be investigated. The aim of the study is to determine whether the sociodemographic characteristics of employees are influenced by organizational climate and employee satisfaction. Survey method was used from the field research methods in the research and the research was carried out with 300 health workers. As a result of the research, it was seen that there was a meaningful relation between organizational climate and employee satisfaction in middle level.
