Abstract:Expressed as a social disturbance stress have negative results in all areas of life. Business life is one of these areas. Work-related stress, causing damage to many houses and the employees are from the exposure to work-related accidents at the beginning of this loss. In our country, the identification of factors that can lead to the prevention of occupational accidents is discussed intensely important. The work in this context, the relationship between stressful personality of employees with work-related accidents were investigated. The aim of this study is to identify characteristics of the employees due to which they are prone to stress and risk. Working in the field of research methods used and the field research was carried out in a textile factory worker in Istanbul. 150 valid questionnaires were evaluated in the study. The study found a statistically significant relationship between positive predisposition to accidents at work and stress, personality structure is determined.
