Abstract:In today’s world, we can argue that qualified employees have plenty of companies to choose from while companies have a fullness of ordinary employees. In the cycle where there is a talent warfare between employees, the qualified is more likely to be the person of demand instead of being unemployed. These said qualified people take certain factors into account while choosing a company. Companies that provide these factors all together become in demand before employees eyes. Activities made in order to make a company attractive in the eyes of an existing or a potential employee creates a strong employer brand and organizational commitment. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between a strong employer brand which has become a trend topic in the last few years and organizational commitment which is a tradition in the academic sense. In this analysis, the concept of employer brand and organizational commitment will be approached in detail and examined through a clothing company.
