Abstract:

The use of technology in educational institutions is extremely important in terms of 21st century skills. An important step has been taken in this regard within the scope of the Fatih project, which has been implemented in our country since 2012. While 1 million 438 thousand 700 tablets were distributed in a 4-year period, 347 thousand 367 interactive boards were installed. Thanks to the interactive board, institutions brought an important solution to time and visual lectures. With the presence of interactive whiteboards in all educational institutions in our country by 2021, it is better understood how important this issue is. Within the scope of TBA workshops, the project of which was started in 2019, many technological equipment, especially 3D printers, robot sets, drones, open source cards, computers, is provided in institutions. In this study, it is aimed to use technology in improving service quality, the advantages it provides in improving service quality in the education sector, and to offer solutions to educational institutions in this regard, to answer the questions of educational institutions considering the establishment of technological workshops and to accelerate their processes.
