Abstract:

In this case study case study, the relationship between organizational change and employer branding in an enterprise operating in the pharmaceutical sector was investigated. A total of 347 people participated in the survey. 200 people’s survey had validated. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 20.00 software. While there was no relationship between demographic control variables and organizational change, a positive relationship was found between demographic control variables and employer branding. Because of the fact that it is a case study, there is no generalization of the results of the research. However, it is original because of being made in the pharmaceutical sector.
