Abstract:

The globalizing and converging cultures and living together have necessitated the management of differences. On the other hand, the concepts of organizational commitment and organizational justice are still important for businesses. The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between these concepts and how they affect each other. In order to examine these three important concepts together, a study was conducted with the white collar employees of two multinational companies that operating in the fast moving consumer goods sector. 207 people participated in the study. In this study three scales were used: the differences management scale, the organizational commitment scale and the organizational justice scale. The main hypothesis of the research was determined as “The mediation effect of organizational justice has an effect on the effective management of differences on organizational commitment” and this thesis was accepted as a result of statistical analyzes. This is an original study in the sense that there is no other study that uses these three conceptual structures together.
