Abstract:This study was attempted to solve this study to reveal the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship. Job satisfaction and organizational citi-zenship concepts are a very important concept for businesses and employees. Recently, studies on these concepts have revealed this prominence. It is the emotion I have experienced when I realize that the spiritual part of the work accomplished by the job satisfaction provider enables me to match with my material needs and individual value judgments. Organizational citizenship, on the other hand, emphasizes the quality of service providers in organizational and individual activities, and expresses activities and behaviors voluntarily exhibited by service providers other than their official job descriptions. Two five-point Likert-type scales were used to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship. The job satisfaction scale and the organizational citizenship scale were delivered to 300 people in administrative positions in the university, and 210 people returned to the survey in full. The data obtained were statistically analyzed and it was seen that there was a meaningful relation between the job satisfaction scale and the organizational citizenship scale in the middle level as a result of the analyzes made.
