Abstract:This study aims to investigate the relationships between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational identification and organizational citizenship behaviors of financial sector employees, and to reveal the degree of impacts among each other. The survey forms were given to 355 personnel working in the financial sector and participants' responses were analyzed. The analysis was carried out with IBM SPSS 21 statistical program. It was found that all scale dimensions are related to each other, organizational commitment has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational identification has a mediating role, and organizational commitment has a mediating role in the effect of organizational identification on job satisfaction and finally, job satisfaction was also It is concluded that the mediating role of organizational identification in the impact on organizational citizenship behavior is determined.
