Abstract:Nowadays, the webs sites on the web are used by a large group of people and it is seen as the media model of the modern age. These web sites which are based in the internet provides that all these people to share their audio-visual media tools, their information about a topic and their ideas with the presentations which are practical and efficient and a limitless communication network is established. It has became a big power in the aspect of the being of this communication network is fast and intense so it had been efficient in the formation of the great social movements. Also, there have been some terrorist organizations which use the power of the social media especially the organization of IÇÎD has provided to increase their participant with specializing in the issue of the social media. In this study, there is an interview with a member of the organization of IÇÎD which includes the process of the changes of his ideas about IÇÎD in social media and the factors in the case of the persuasion by the experts in the fields of the perception management and the social media. The aim of this investigation is that researching the relation between the social polarization and the topic of social media in the different approaches and pointing out the negative effects of it. Thus, the required literature review is scanned and the information which can be contributed to the investigation is supplied. Therefore, the useful results are achieved with this knowledge. Finally, it is stated that the social media has many negative effects on the social polarization and the necessary precautions are ordered in the end of the study.
