Abstract:In this study;The role and importance of the natural stone industry in Turkey and in the World’s economy was investigated. Aimed to taken into consideritaion, how much benficial of Turkey’s rich marble reserves and intended to create awareness for natural stone industry in the country.The studies were made in the places where the sector is concentrated, feedbacks were taken from the sectoral organizations and researches were made in related literature.
