In order to be able to capture the happiness that forms the basis of life satisfaction self efficacy and job satisfaction. The main motivation of this thesis has been the fact that self efficacy, life satisfaction and job satisfaction directly concern hotel businesses and the lack of research on determining where employees are working at city hotels, as well as the lack of research on determining and indexing life satisfaction on this subject. In thestudy, a link was established between self efficacy, life satisfaction and job satisfaction scales and the staff effects of the questionnaire items determined by the hotel staff were determined. In this context, 230 staff and managers working in İstanbul region city hotels were reached. As a result of the statistical analysis, it is seen that there is a positive relation between self efficacy, life satisfaction and job satisfaction in hotel enterprises. The result of this research is that the concept of self efficacy was supported and the result of evaluating these three terms together in order to achieve job satisfaction and reach life satisfaction was removed.
